KC Ready 4s is a community-designed organization focused on helping local public and private pre-kindergarten programs reach high quality; offering tuition assistance to qualifying families so they can afford to enroll their 4-year-olds in high-quality pre-kindergarten programs. Volunteers from First National Bank of Michigan are the first group to engage with kids in the classroom by spending time reading to them.

First National Bank of Michigan reading volunteers include Kim Melvin, Cindy Kole, Jennifer Warning, Linda Massura, Betty Bultman, Joe Ludy, Deb Lang,  Shaunna Padgett, and Al Hoffman.
