KALAMAZOO, MI, May 13, 2021. Kalamazoo based First National Bank of Michigan appointed Bill Manns to its Board of Directors. Mr. Manns is the President & CEO of Bronson Healthcare. In addition to joining the Board, he will also serve on the compensation committee.

Mr. Manns serves on several Boards throughout the state of Michigan including the Michigan Health & Hospital Association Service Corporation, Affirmant Health Partners, Bronson Health Foundation, Cascade Engineering, Gilmore Car Museum, Southwest Michigan First and Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. His current professional memberships include the National Association of Healthcare Executives, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and an appointment by the Governor of Michigan to the Public Health Advisory Council.
