The Independent Bankers of America (ICBA) seventh annual 40 Under 40 community bank leaders awards in June shone a light on inspiring people who better their workplaces, offering thoughtful ideas for improved efficiencies, digital innovations, community involvement and more.

Kelsey Bailey, Vice President, Branch Administration Manager ensures First National Bank of Michigan (FNBM) gets the most out of every software program it uses. After FNBM completed a challenging core conversion, Kelsey made certain that all processes and procedures were updated to fully support the new core.
