First National Bank of Michigan Announces Senior Vice President Promotions

First National Bank of Michigan (FNBM) announces promotions of Greg Accardo and Patty Barnas to Senior Vice Presidents.

“FNBM Board of Directors recently approved the promotions of Greg and Patty during the banks March board meeting”, said First National Bank of Michigan President and CEO Daniel Bitzer. “Each of these individuals has contributed to the success of our Bank, these promotions are well deserved.”

Greg Accardo
Greg Accardo joined FNBM as the Holland Market President in 2016. Greg has more than 30 years experience and leadership within the banking industry. He is a graduate of Ferris State University and Leadership Holland and previously served as a board member of Heritage Homes, Incorporated. Greg is a current board member of Community Action House, executive board member of Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity, and board member for Hope College’s TRIO Upward Bound program.

Patricia Barnas
Patty Barnas joined FNBM as Market President in Lansing in 2017. Patty has 40 years of banking experience, specializing in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University. Patty serves as a board member of the Sparrow Foundation, is incoming vice-chair of the Sparrow Hospital board of directors, and board member of the Clinton County Catalyst. Patty is active with Women Working Wonders, a committee of the Sparrow Foundation.
