United Way Operation United is an annual event that mobilizes volunteers to recognize the sacrifices and service of veterans and active military families, with a focus on seniors and those with disabilities, in West Michigan.

First National Bank of Michigan sponsored a home in Grand Rapids and our volunteers completed outdoor improvements such as yardwork, landscaping, and minor outdoor repairs to make the veterans’ home safer, more accessible, and more enjoyable. It was a great day of giving back!

FNBM volunteers included Amy Vervaras, Dustin Hopkins, Nick Conley, Cheryl Germain, Sally Forslund, Tanner Rose, Harrison Brown, Clark Rowley, Chris Williams, and Kirstyn Monroe.
